CRISTINA’s WINGS, founded in 2006, supports and encourages children for higher education. The mission of CRISTINA’s WINGS The Cristina M. Tolentino Foundation is to provide financial assistance to indigent and deserving high school and college undergraduate students scholarship awards in their goal of a higher education. CRISTINA’S WINGS will also provide grants to schools in the form of money of gifts (i.e. computers, textbooks, etc. As of July 2008 the foundation has given nine scholarship awards.
CRISTINA’S WINGS will also provide grants to cancer research centers, organizations and hospitals, as relates to Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma.
CRISTINA’S WINGS develops and encourages the long-term financial health and growth of the Trust Foundation through annual gifts, contribution and fund-raising campaigns.
As an independent and non-profit charitable organization, the CRISTINA’S WINGS solicits, receives and administers gifts. Gifts are used to fund scholarships and schools materials needed by the students and schools that the CRISTINA’S WINGS could not otherwise afford through its annual operation budget.
